<span style="font-size: 14pt;">Setbacks. Every small business owner and entrepreneur encounters them at some point as they build their startup. What separates successful businesses from those less likely to succeed is their ability to overcome adversity, learn from their mistakes and come back better than ever.</span></div>

<span style="font-size: 14pt;">2. <span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><b>Back to the Drawing Board</b>- Now is the time to ask yourself the tough questions like, “Do I have the right people? The right practices?” Often times setbacks help to expose the holes in our business. Plug them up. You can do this by re-evaluating and prioritizing your business objectives.</span></div>
<div style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">

<span style="font-size: 14pt;">3. <b>Actively Seek New Business</b>- When business is going well it is easy to let recruiting new accounts and clients fall to the wayside. However, you should always chase new business. If you only have a handful of clients and one goes elsewhere, the financial impact can be detrimental. Actively seeking new business helps to ensure that even if you experience the loss of a key client, you will still have a source of revenue. </span></div>

<span style="font-size: 14pt;">4. <span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><b>Money Matters-<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></b>Make sure that you have a financial plan in place. When setbacks strike, they normally hit your business right in the wallet. That is why you need to have a solid understanding of your finances, what you’re spending your money on and how much you would need to keep your business functioning properly should a setback occur. Put together an emergency fund, money that you’ll be able to use to help you get through financially tight times and pay for unexpected business expenses.</span></div>

<b><span style="font-size: 12pt;">About Ben & Jerry’s</span></b><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><br />Ben & Jerry’s produces a wide variety of super-premium ice cream and ice cream novelties, using high-quality ingredients including milk and cream from family farmers who do not treat their cows with the synthetic hormone rBGH. They used to be cool until they sold out and are now showing up everywhere - even the snootiest of malls. The company states its position on rBGH* on its labels. Ben and Jerry’s products are distributed nationwide and in selected foreign countries in supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, franchise Ben & Jerry’s Scoop Shops, restaurants and other venues. Ben & Jerry’s, a Vermont corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of Unilever, operates its business on a three-part Mission Statement emphasizing product quality, economic reward and a commitment to the community. Contributions made via the employee-led Ben & Jerry’s Foundation in 2012 totaled $1.8 million. Additionally, the company makes significant product donations to community groups and nonprofits both in Vermont and across the nation. Association of Washington Business, Washington state’s largest business
association representing
small, medium and large employers, issued the following statement today
from AWB President Kris Johnson regarding the House Democrats’ proposal
to eliminate bipartisan tax incentives:</span><br />
<a name='more'></a>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 14.7pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 14.7pt;">
<span style="color: #2f2f2f; font-family: "Palatino Linotype",serif; font-size: 11.0pt;">"Economic
opportunity is the key to strong communities and shared prosperity.
When lawmakers propose to go back
on tax preferences passed with a bipartisan majority in the Legislature
and signed by our Democratic governor, it creates uncertainty in the
employer community. Just talking about policies such as this hinder
Washington’s ability to retain jobs and compete
for new employers and new jobs – cornerstones that create opportunity
for Washington families and build strong communities statewide.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 14.7pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 14.7pt;">
<span style="color: #2f2f2f; font-family: "Palatino Linotype",serif; font-size: 11.0pt;">“The
economic forecast released this week predicts a more than $400 million
drop in projected tax revenue through
2019. With the economy showing signs of weakness, now is not the time
to place one more hurdle in front of our state’s employers, particularly
small businesses, and the Washingtonians who work for them.”</span></div>

<b><i><u><span style="font-family: "Palatino Linotype",serif; font-size: 11.0pt;">About the Association of Washington Business</span></u></i></b></div>
<div style="line-height: 14.0pt; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin: 0in;">
<i><span style="font-family: "Palatino Linotype",serif; font-size: 11.0pt;">Formed
in 1904, the Association of Washington Business is Washington's oldest
and largest statewide business association,
and includes nearly 8,000 members representing 700,000 employees. AWB
serves as both the state’s chamber of commerce and the manufacturing and
technology association. While its membership includes major employers
like Boeing, Microsoft and Weyerhaeuser, 90
percent of AWB members employ fewer than 100 people. More than half of
AWB’s members employ fewer than 10.</span></i></div>

Bothell-based EagleView Technologies, a technology provider of aerial imagery, data analytics and GIS solutions, today announced it now offers its industry-leading 3D PremiumReport™ derived from residential blueprints. Contractors, builders and distributors can simply upload the plans during the ordering process to receive accurate roof takeoffs<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><span class="aBn" data-term="goog_1545687402" style="border-bottom-color: rgb(204, 204, 204); border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-width: 1px; position: relative; top: -2px; z-index: 0;" tabindex="0"><span class="aQJ" style="position: relative; top: 2px; z-index: -1;">within 48 hours</span></span>. <br />

“Obtaining blueprint takeoffs has traditionally been a lengthy, manual process with longer than desired turnaround times,” said Rishi Daga, EagleView executive vice president of commercial sales.</div>
<a name='more'></a> “Our technology is now at a point where we can derive accurate measurements quickly, allowing jobs to stay on track and eliminating long wait times for the takeoff to be delivered.”<br />

The takeoff delivers via email as an EagleView PremiumReport and provides detailed diagrams and measurements for square footage, ridges, hips, valleys, rakes and eaves, pitch and more. A waste calculation table assists with determination of waste for each project. </div>

Western Washington’s first, highest rated and most decorated media
company is now its newest, brightest and most interactive. KING 5
Television lit up a new era of local television this morning from the
heart of Seattle’s SoDo neighborhood. </span></div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">The
new location includes sweeping views of Seattle’s growing skyline and
Olympic Mountains. Floor to ceiling windows promise bright light and a
bright future for The Home Team. But the location’s greatest feature is
right at street level: a state of the art broadcast studio that
overlooks the corner of First Avenue South and Edgar Martinez Drive. </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">“Scouting
a new location for The Home Team was a huge responsibility, but from
our first visit to Home Plate Center, we knew where we wanted to be,”
said Ray Heacox, President and General Manager.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">“More
specifically, we knew exactly where our future studio would be. It’s a
dynamic space that will energize our staff and give the community
never-before-seen access to local news in the market.” </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">KING
5 is much more than a traditional television station. Over the last
decade, The Home Team cultivated the most engaged online audience of any
media outlet in the market. The new studio extends the experience of
interactivity to our television viewers by raising the curtain on local
news and inviting the community to take a look.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">One
key addition to the studio is the Microsoft Surface Hub, a
first-of-its-kind collaboration device that features an 84-inch, 4K
touch-screen display with pen and touchscreen capabilities that will
make KING 5 News more interactive and engaging.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">“This
technology is so much faster and more responsive than the production
elements we’re used to,” said.” Cheryl Carson, KING 5 News
Director. </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">“The
Surface Hub is a game changer for KING 5 News and we’re very excited
the team at Microsoft is trusting us to share it with you.”</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">From
every angle, KING 5’s new home is a look at the future of local media.
Staff can now enjoy the benefit of collaborative work spaces,
streamlined workflows and the very latest interactive, large screen
technology.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">But
as we write the next chapter for KING 5, the people who brought us here
are not forgotten. The newsroom now shared by KING, KONG and NWCN is
formally and forever dedicated to our founder, Dorothy Bullitt.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">A new how-to guide has been released by the Washington Wine Industry Foundation called<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><i>“<u>Getting Paid: Tools for Washington Grape Growers - A Step-by-Step Guide to Reducing Revenue Loss When Selling Grapes</u></i>”.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">The guide is a day-to-day reference for both growers and wineries with information about all aspects of a grape sale transaction: from vetting new customers through contracting, invoicing and getting paid. The guide addresses best practices, statutory protections, and includes sample contracts and invoice language. The guide also provides details about PACA </span></div>
<a name='more'></a>(Perishable Agricultural Products Act) and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Formatted to keep close at hand, the guide includes room for notes and has references such as a statewide listing of certified weigh stations.<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">The guide was the product of a grant through a USDA Risk Management Education Partnership to help reduce the risks inherent in agriculture. Awarded in 2014, the grant provides a tangible tool addressing one area of risk – the actual transaction involving sale of fruit.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in 0.0001pt; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px;">
<br /></div>

<span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', sans-serif;">The grant also supported risk education and outreach to help preserve and improve business relationships. While the guide will primarily aid wine grape growers, it also benefits wineries as it informs both sides of the transaction how to optimize a long-term relationship. </span></div>

Planetary Resources, the asteroid mining company, applauds President Obama who signed the U.S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act (H.R. 2262) into law. This law recognizes the right of U.S. citizens to own asteroid resources they obtain and encourages the commercial exploration and utilization of resources from asteroids.</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
“This is the single greatest recognition of property rights in history,” said Eric Anderson, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman, Planetary Resources, Inc. “This legislation establishes the same supportive framework that created the great economies of history, and will encourage the sustained development of space.”</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Peter H. Diamandis, M.D., Co-Founder and Co-Chairman, Planetary Resources, Inc., said, “A hundred years from now, humanity will look at this period in time as the point in which we were able to establish a permanent foothold in space. In history, there has never been a more rapid rate progress than right now.”</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Peter Marquez, Vice President of Global Engagement, Planetary Resources, Inc., said, "Our nation’s continued leadership and prosperity in space is enabled by this new law. Planetary Resources is grateful for the leadership shown by Congress in crafting this legislation and for President Obama signing H.R. 2262 into law. We applaud the members of Congress who have led this effort. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Lamar Smith (R-TX), Patty Murray (D-WA), Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Bill Posey (R-FL) and Derek Kilmer (D-WA) have been unwavering in their support and leadership for the growth of the U.S. economy into the Solar System.”</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Senator Rubio (R-FL) said, “Throughout our entire economy, we need to eliminate unnecessary regulations that cost too much and make it harder for American innovators to create jobs. The reforms included here make it easier for our innovators to return Americans to suborbital space and will help the American space industry continue pushing further into space than ever before. I’m proud the final bill includes proposals I had previously introduced in the Senate, including one related to commercial recovery of space resources. This bill is an important win for Florida’s space coast and the entire space exploration community.”</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Senator Murray (D-WA) said, “I am glad that we’ve taken this important step forward to update our federal policies to make sure they work for innovative businesses creating jobs in Washington state. Washington state leads in so many ways, and I’m proud that local businesses are once again at the forefront of new industries that will help our economy continue to grow.”</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Chairman Smith (R-TX) said, “The natural resources of our Solar System have great potential to facilitate and support our human endeavors, both in outer space and on Earth. Commercial space companies in the United States are making significant investments to develop technical capabilities that will allow us to explore and use outer space resources. This bill enables this new industry and provides guidance for future entrepreneurs.”</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Congressman Posey (R-FL) said, “This bipartisan, bicameral legislation is a landmark for American leadership in space exploration. Recognizing basic legal protections in space will help pave the way for exciting future commercial space endeavors. Asteroids and other objects in space are excellent potential sources of rare minerals and other resources that can be used to manufacture a wide range of products here on Earth and to support future space exploration missions. Americans willing to invest in space mining operations need legal certainty that they can keep the fruits of their labor, and this bill provides that certainty.”</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Congressman Kilmer (R-WA) said, “The commercial space industry in Washington state is leading the way in developing the cutting edge technology necessary to support human space exploration. The U. S. Commercial Space Launch Competitiveness Act will give these ventures the framework they need to continue to innovate, and to keep the United States at the head of this growing, global industry.”</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Chris Lewicki, President and Chief Engineer, Planetary Resources, Inc., said, “This off-planet economy will forever change our lives for the better here on Earth. We celebrate this law as it creates a pro-growth environment for our emerging industry by encouraging private sector investment and ensuring an increasingly stable and predictable regulatory environment.”</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
About Planetary Resources</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Planetary Resources, Inc., the asteroid mining company, was founded in 2009 by Eric Anderson and Dr. Peter H. Diamandis. Our vision is to establish a new paradigm for resource utilization that will bring the Solar System within humanity’s economic sphere of influence. The company will conduct low-cost robotic space exploration beginning with the Arkyd series of space missions that will identify the most commercially viable near-Earth asteroids. These initial missions will assist the company in enabling the retrieval of raw materials from these select asteroids, including water, precious metals and more.</div>
<div style="background-color: white; color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">
Planetary Resources’ pathway in identifying the most commercially viable near-Earth asteroids has led to the development of transformative technologies that are applicable to several global markets. The company is financed by industry-launching visionaries, three of whom include Google’s CEO Larry Page & Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt; and Ross Perot, Jr., Chairman of Hillwood and The Perot Group; who are committed to expanding the world’s resource base so humanity can continue to grow and prosper for centuries to come. Some of the company’s partners and advisors include the Bechtel Corporation; film maker and explorer James Cameron; former Chief of Staff, United States Air Force General T. Michael Moseley (Ret.); Sara Seager, Ph.D., professor of Planetary Science & Physics at MIT and TED fellow; and Dante Lauretta, Ph.D., professor of Planetary Science at the University of Arizona and principal investigator of NASA’s OSIRIS-REx mission. Members of the company’s technical staff have worked on every recent U.S. Mars lander including Spirit, Opportunity and Curiosity, and include other key non-aerospace and safety-critical disciplines. <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Almost everyone knows that The Beatles are one of the most acclaimed bands in rock and roll history because their music has the hypnotic qualities that make teenage girls scream and artists today and yesterday cite them as one of their influences.</span><br />
<br />
<a name='more'></a><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">While many of us don’t have the opportunity to see the two surviving Beatles Paul McCartney or Ringo Starr live in concert these days, the closest thing to watching an actual Beatles concert will be</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> </span><i style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">In My Life – A Musical Theatre Tribute to the Beatles<b> </b></i><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">at the Kirkland Performance Center on</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> </span><span class="aBn" data-term="goog_878235258" style="border-bottom-color: rgb(204, 204, 204); border-bottom-style: dashed; border-bottom-width: 1px; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; position: relative; top: -2px; z-index: 0;" tabindex="0"><span class="aQJ" style="position: relative; top: 2px; z-index: -1;">Tuesday, October 20 at 7:30 pm</span></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">. <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">You mean just another tribute band? No, because not all tribute bands are alike.</span></div>

<div style="background-color: white; font-family: arial;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px 0px 12pt;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">This one portrays the Beatles—John Lennon (Nathaniel Bott), Paul McCartney (Christopher Overall), George Harrison (Jesse Wilder) and Ringo Starr (Axel Clarke)—as authentically as possible, from their singing to the myriad of guitars used throughout the band’s decade-long career. Listening to songs like “Penny Lane” or “I Want To Hold Your Hand” from this tribute band is almost like listening to the original icons themselves. The cast members are age appropriate for the Beatles, between 22 - 32 years of age.</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> </span></div>
</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: arial;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px 0px 12pt;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">While the great repertoire of songs bind this musical together, the audience also gets the opportunity to relive the most important moments of The Beatles’ epic legacy, which spans the entire 1960s period. The actors that portray the band members connect with the crowd through their lovable sense of humors and cheeky banter.</span></div>
</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: arial;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">As one watches The Beatles progress throughout that decade, the band's manager Brian Epstein (Murphy Martin)</span><span style="color: red; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">makes his presence known throughout the musical, narrating his side of the story starting from his discovery of the Fab Four at the Cavern Club in Liverpool up until after the release of <i>Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band</i>. Epstein plays a very important role in this show, not only because he was the man who discovered the group, but he also influenced their personal touch with audiences and, of course, their fashion sense. Who could forget the image of the four dressed up in suits on their arrival at New York’s JFK Airport in 1964?</span></div>

</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: arial;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">This show is not just about reliving the breakthrough Ed Sullivan Show performance on February 9,1964 that 78 million people watched on television, or reviving their deafening and packed Shea Stadium concert in 1965, it also touches on the band’s intimate moments in the recording studio. The audience observes the four in the studio as they struggle to reconcile their creative differences after Epstein’s death in 1967, a couple months after the release of <i>Sgt</i>.<i> Pepper</i>.</span></div>

</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: arial;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">As for inspiration for the musical, Tom Maher, one of the co-producers alongside Andy Nagle, said that a friend gave him a biography on Epstein, which was the basis of the “In My Life” musical.</span></div>
</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: arial;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;">

</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: arial;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">“It took a while to get the pacing, but we are happy with the results,” Maher said.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: arial;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px 0px 12pt;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Maher added that he wanted to make the portrayal as accurate as possible, with the band using the exact gear from the box amps to the guitars. Even the costumes they used throughout the performance—from the suits to the ensembles they wore during their <i>Sgt. Pepper’s</i> period—mirror the originals designs.</span></div>
</div>
<div style="background-color: white; font-family: arial;">
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0px;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">The San Diego Theatre Review called the show "the most original of all Beatles shows" and a "flat out great show!" The Los Angeles Times said "the show delivers," and the Idaho Statesman said "this is the ticket for you!"</span></div>

The groundwork is laid and construction plans are in progress for pump stations and pipelines to carry irrigation water from the Columbia Basin Project to those farmers--who are eligible--pumping ground water from the Odessa subarea. </div>
<div class="p1">
<br /></div>
<div class="p1">
The work is being done by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District (ECBID) as part of the Odessa Ground Water Replacement Program (OGWRP). Along with landowners, the program is a partnership with the Bureau of Reclamation, the Department of Ecology’s Office of Columbia (OCR), and ECBID<span class="s1">, to </span>reduce the depletion of the Odessa aquifer by moving 87,000 acres </div>
<a name='more'></a>of irrigated agricultural lands from ground water to Columbia Basin Project water.<br />
<div class="p1">
<br /></div>
<div class="p1">
“Washington State has a major stake in protecting the remaining ground water for those in the area who don’t have other water supply options and in maintaining existing agricultural production,” said Tom Tebb, Director of Ecology’s Office of Columbia.</div>
<div class="p1">
<br /></div>
<div class="p1">
ECBID is working on East Low Canal (ELC) expansion using a $26,000,000 grant provided in 2013 by the state legislature and administered by Ecology. Expansion of the canal increases capacity to make water available to all landowners who have ground water rights they can exchange for Columbia Basin Project water supplies.</div>
<div class="p1">
<br /></div>
<div class="p1">
ECBID’s board of directors authorized their staff to begin the process of developing an initial pump and pipeline system that will carry water from the ELC to farmers’ lands. This system is just south of where ELC crosses under I-90 and will serve 10,000 acres.</div>
<div class="p1">
<br /></div>
<div class="p1">
Craig Simpson, ECBID Manager said, “Construction of similar private pump and pipeline systems is usually pretty straight forward, but when you’re expanding on Federal Reclamation infrastructure there are a lot of boxes to check that we don’t have in a private project.”</div>
<div class="p1">
<br /></div>
<div class="p1">
In recent weeks, the ECBID board contracted the work necessary to meet Federal requirements. Consultants are currently on the pipeline route doing a cultural resources survey and an environmental review checking for things like forgotten underground storage tanks. A local title company is preparing title reports for pipeline route easements. Electrical engineers and surge analysis engineers are working on pump station designs.</div>
<div class="p1">
<br /></div>
<div class="p1">
Washington State’s grant is the major contributor for the water supply side of the project and ECBID will finance the water distribution side. The ECBID board also engaged a bond underwriting firm to market the tax exempt municipal revenue bonds that ECBID will issue to finance pump and pipeline construction. The bonds will be secured and repaid through water service contracts with landowners receiving the water.</div>
<div class="p1">
<br /></div>
<div class="p1">
“ECBID is moving very deliberately on OGWRP,” said Boe Clausen, ECBID board president, “A landowner’s decision to accept CBP water has major and long term ramifications. The board recognizes that wells are going dry in the area; but we need to get it right.” </div>

Paterson, WA, July 30, 2015– Alexandria Nicole Cellars prides themselves on providing "cutting edge" experiences for their wine club members. This spring their cult style wine club following has been abuzz with excitement as the club will receive national coverage on HGTV Tiny House, Big Living. </div>

Next Monday evening, August 3, (6:00pm or 9:00pm depending on your carrier & time zone) HGTV will show the rest of the country a tiny taste of the award winning experience Alexandria Nicole Cellars has been serving up for years as viewers watch them parlay their previous glamping experience into a much more upscale "tiny house" experience for their wine club members to enjoy. </div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
In March, the former tent platforms were removed to make room for the building of two tiny houses as part of building competition between two construction companies, Elite Construction of Kennewick, Washington and Finishing Touches of Renton, Washington. </div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
They pitted builder against builder and let the nails fall where they may. With the only criteria being that, each house includes wine on tap, red roofs to match the winery, and a complete kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. "What they created far exceeded our expectations" Jarrod Boyle, Winemaker and CEO stated. “The motivation behind this project was to give our wine club members a world class wine experience and I’m confident that they will be thrilled at what the builders came up with” added Ali Boyle, Marketing Director, and Winemakers Wife the title she lovingly shows on her business card. </div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
Both tiny houses are unique, beautiful in their own right, and true to tiny house standards no more than 400 square feet. With Terence L. Thornhill, Architect, helping to ensure that the Elite house was decked out in ultra modern design with high-end multimedia twists and turns while the Finishing Touches house actually boasts a twisting roofline. This small family business known for creating "stairs for the stars" in the Seattle area, took on the challenge having never built a house from start to finish. Along the way they created one of the most unique rooflines ever to be seen in a tiny home, they also incorporated many repurposed materials which is in keeping with the tiny house mantra reduce, reuse, recycle.</div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
As the two week long competition plays out viewers will get to experience the real life exhaustion of both builder and maker as they strive to create the very best for their members. </div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
Fans of Tiny House Giant Journey will see their favorite tiny house dwelling couple chose the winner of the competition. However, in the eyes of Alexandria Nicole Cellars, the winner has not yet been chosen until their wine club members vote on Facebook (<a href="http://www.facebook.com/ancwine"><span class="s1">www.facebook.com/ancwine</span></a>) for their favorite and the winner will be announced at their Harvest Party on August 29. </div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
The Tiny Houses are available to rent by Alexandria Nicole Cellars wine club members on their website <a href="http://www.ancwines.com/"><span class="s2">www.ancwines.com</span></a>. To learn more about becoming a wine club member visit the website or stop into one of their three tasting rooms in Prosser, Woodinville, and Paterson, Washington. <i>Planetary Resources' Testing asteroid prospecting technology on orbit</i></div>
<div class="p1">
<i><br /></i></div>
<div class="p2">
<b>Redmond, Washington – July 16, 2015 – </b><a href="http://www.planetaryresources.com/"><span class="s1">Planetary Resources, Inc.</span></a>, the asteroid mining company, announced today that its Arkyd 3 Reflight (A3R) spacecraft deployed successfully from the International Space Station’s (ISS) Kibo airlock and has begun its 90-day mission. The demonstration vehicle will validate several core technologies including the avionics, control systems and software, which the company will incorporate into future spacecraft that will venture into the Solar System and prospect for resource-rich near-Earth asteroids.</div>
<a name='more'></a><br />
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
The A3R launched to the ISS onboard the SpaceX Falcon 9 in April as a part of the CRS-6 crew resupply mission. “Our philosophy is to test often, and if possible, to test in space. The A3R is the most sophisticated, yet cost-effective, test demonstration spacecraft ever built. We are innovating on every level from design to launch,” said Chris Lewicki, president and chief engineer, Planetary Resources, Inc. “By vertically integrating the system at our facility in Redmond, we are in constant control of every component, including the ones we purchase off the shelf and the others that we manufacture using 3D printers.”</div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
Peter H. Diamandis, M.D., co-founder and co-chairman, Planetary Resources, Inc., stated, “The successful deployment of the A3R is a significant milestone for Planetary Resources as we forge a path toward prospecting resource-rich asteroids. Our team is developing the technology that will enable humanity to create an off-planet economy that will fundamentally change the way we live on Earth.”</div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
Once the A3R completes its mission, the validated and evolved technologies will be the main components of the Arkyd series of deep-space asteroid-prospecting spacecraft. The next demonstrator, the Arkyd-6 (A6), will be launched later this year and will test the attitude control, power, communication and avionics systems.</div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
Planetary Resources is leveraging the increased payload capacity of the A6 to begin demonstration of core technology to measure resources on water-rich asteroids. Included in the payload is a mid-wave infrared imaging system, able to precisely measure temperature differences of the objects it observes, as well as acquire key data related to the presence of water and water-bearing minerals. The system will first test targeted areas of our own planet before being deployed to near-Earth asteroids on future missions.</div>
<div class="p2">
<br /></div>
<div class="p2">
Eric Anderson, co-founder and co-chairman, Planetary Resources, Inc., said, “This key technology for determining resources on asteroids can also be applied towards monitoring and managing high-value resources on our home planet. All of our work at Planetary Resources is laying the foundation to better manage and increase humanity’s access to natural resources on our planet and in our Solar System.”</div>
<div class="p2">

<b>About Planetary Resources</b></div>
<div class="p2">
Planetary Resources, Inc. was founded in 2009 by Eric Anderson and Dr. Peter H.
<div class="p2">
Planetary Resources is financed by industry-launching visionaries, three of whom include Google’s CEO Larry Page & Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt; and Ross Perot, Jr., Chairman of Hillwood and The Perot Group; who are committed to expanding the world’s resource base so humanity can continue to grow and prosper for centuries to come. Eager to create a new neighborhood store that draws on its Portland success and also reflects the unique needs of the Mercer Island community, New Seasons will join in community events and talk to locals to learn about what they’d like to see in their new store. Plans are underway to host a casual social gathering in late summer to meet the community. Those interested in learning more can connect on the New Seasons Market Mercer Island <a href="http://www.facebook.com/NewSeasonsMercerIsland"><span class="s2">Facebook page</span></a> or email <a href="mailto:mercerisland@newseasonsmarket.com"><span class="s2">mercerisland@newseasonsmarket.com</span></a> for updates.</div>

“As a progressive employer, New Seasons is dedicated to taking care of our customers and our staff. Environmental stewardship and sustainability are also at the heart of our mission. I believe our values and sense of community very much align with those of the Mercer Island residents and that’s why we chose to open our very first Seattle store here,” said President and CEO Wendy Collie, who spent nearly two decades in the Puget Sound area, including a year on Mercer Island, as an executive at Starbucks while raising two boys. “We look forward to making our Mercer Island store a welcoming, neighborhood gathering spot where people connect over delicious, quality food, get to know our wonderful staff and build community together.”</div>

New Seasons is dedicated to sharing how food is grown, raised and made so shoppers are able to make informed choices for themselves and their families, as part of its unwavering commitment to building a food system for future generations.</div>

A champion of the local food economy, New Seasons is known for its strong relationships with regional growers and producers, and for offering thousands of regional products. More than one third of its store items are sourced from Oregon, Washington and Northern California. Partnerships with Washington producers include those with Conan’s Hot Sauces and Marinades, Inaba Produce Farms, Kelsey Family Farm, Linda Brand Crab, Loki Fish Company, Lummi Island Wild, Mama Nano’s, Murex Cuisine, My Local Honey, OlyKraut, Pure Country Pork, Starvation Alley Farm, Sugar & Salt Bakery, Sunnyslope Farm and Torque Coffee. As part of its mission to grow the regional food shed, the New Seasons team looks forward to partnering with more Washington vendors.</div>

New Seasons will hire locally to fill the majority of the store’s approximately 150 positions, from floor staff and department managers to cooks, cashiers and wellness experts. Job openings will be posted online when recruiting efforts begin in the summer of 2016.</div>

“We’ll be looking to partner with Mercer Island organizations working to end hunger, educate youth and protect the environment. We look forward to learning more about Mercer Island Youth and Family Services, its food pantry program and other deserving nonprofits,” Collie noted.</div>

<b>About New Seasons Market</b></div>
<br />
<div class="p2">
New Seasons Market is the ultimate neighborhood grocery store and a champion for healthy regional food systems. Beginning in 2000 with a single Portland store, today it runs 16 stores company-wide − 15 New Seasons Markets in Oregon and Southwest Washington, as well as one store in San Jose, Calif. It also owns and operates five New Leaf Community Markets in Northern California. New Seasons is dedicated to cultivating community and delivering trademark customer service that lives up to its reputation as “the friendliest store in town.” Its stores offer a wide array of local organic produce at season’s peak, humanely raised meats from animals fed or finished on a non-GMO diet, sustainably harvested seafood, Oregon Tilth Certified Organic artisan breads, handmade freshly prepared foods and unique, artisanal local finds alongside favorite classic brands. It’s also a leader in sustainability, progressive employment and giving back to community, donating 10 percent of after-tax profits to local nonprofits and community organizations. As a result of its mission-driven approach, New Seasons became the first grocer in the world to become a certified B Corporation, which recognizes companies committed to using the power of business for good, taking as much care of staff, community and environment as they do their business.</div>
