Bellevue's Dim Sum Factory in Factoria Has Short 'Soft Opening' Now Closed for More Work

Last week I reported that the Dim Sum Factory at Factoria Mall had opened - but the opening was short lived.  Dim Sum Factory is now closed for an indefinite period while the owners work to iron out some issues.  The bakery at Dim Sum Factory is still open for business and serving up some tasty baked goods to go (or to eat inside the mall).

A sign posted on the door of the Dim Sum Factory stated that their grand opening will be posted soon.  Stay tuned for your opportunity to check out Bellevue's newest Dim Sum restaurant.
